Hello Everyone I have never actually had to try to find a new buyer for a car before as I customarily wind up using them right until they almost fall to pieces and have to be taken to the junkyard. That said, I was very fortunate when my dad got a surprise windfall and bought me a car as a gift which cost 17,000. I haven't driven it much basically because I have transferred to London, and calculate parking it, having to pay insurance, taking it for a servicing and so on has been a cost I cannotseriously rationalise due to the fact I drive the car about once a month to get away from the city. So that in conjunction with having pressing bills, I have made a decision to sell it. The dilemma is I do not have a clue how to go about it. Because of the fact I would like the money as fast as possible I don’t want to fall into the hands of a used car dealer who senses my failings in that department and he is very likely going to identify I am a dizzy woman who does not really have any idea. I was wondering about putting ads in local papers and even considered some cool methods I have seen used by others. I recently saw a guy with a car for sale parked up on a busy road with a hot girl holding a car for sale sign. Lots of people were stopping to talk to her - I thought that was a fantastic idea. Exactly what I am really wanting to have an idea of is, are these sorts of off the internet selling techniques, be it a trader, a sign, or newspaper advertising going to end up being more effective (and faster) than selling on the internet? I entered "car buyers" into Google but so many offers to buy cars and trucks came up, and I have no idea if they are likely to be good deals or not - I am supposing that won't be different from just going to a local car dealer.I have spent about an hour trying to find good websites and seen various links that say "<a href=http://sellyourcaronlineinuk.tumblr.com/>click here</a> to sell your car Right Away!" type ads, but think I would not get a fair price? A friend suggested http://www.sellyourcaronlineinuk.co.uk - it seems straight forward enough - no very long forms to submit or high costs. Thanks for any replies - all opinions will be appreciated!
